As a recent graduate, I am currently looking for a job within the motorsports public relations or journalism fields.

I left Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication-Journalism with photojournalism major and a studio art minor in photography. In addition to photography, I have a strong background in both writing and layout and design. Many of my electives were taken within the journalism and communication fields, including public relations, advertising and new media.

Assistant Regional Executive- Club Racing, Editor in chief and publicist: Houston Region SCCA: February 2005- Present

Voting member of Board of Directors and co-race chairman handling the paperwork and budgets for all club racing events; photographer, designer and writer for monthly newsletter, Houston Sports Car News; publicist for region during ChampCar Grand Prix of Houston events.


Photographer and driving instructor: MSR Houston: August 2007- Present

Photographer for all track functions including races, testing and corporate events, driving instructor for corporate and Texas Department of Public Safety State Trooper schools.


Sports editor and photographer: The Pine Log- Independent Student Newspaper of Stephen F. Austin State University: January 2006- May 2007

Photographer and writer for university athletic events; also design Sports Page twice weekly.


Internship with campus photographer: Stephen F. Austin State University Office of Public Affairs: January 2007- May 2007

Assisted at university events including sports, meetings and mug and group shots; organized both digital and film negatives; edited images for publication and printing.
